Congratulations

Good Morning ladies & gentlemen,

I had my sleeve done on December 5th. I am doing very well so far except I think I overdid it on the treadmill yesterday. Anyone else feel like they may have done the same? I also found on my eating, 3 ounces of creamed Soup is just too much for me so Im now eating 2 ounces and staying comfortable. Im now down 6.5 lbs just four days out.
