My visit and every one after was recorded and submitted to the insurance that is why they want so many visits, nutrition to get involved to see the motivation you have before surgery to see if you are a candidate. I had to do 6 visits and was at a stand still with weight loss for 3 months ( no gain or lost) which was frustrating and surprising to me but it did not ruin my chances of Sleeve surgery (Nov. 9th, 2016).. I am only 7wks out and admire your stride since 2012 and running... I pray that you find the job that makes you just as happy as you were when you were losing the weight..pure joy. Thank him for waking you which would put you in a positive mood, maybe think out of the box on what you are looking for in a new career..sometime change may be better...if you can go back to buying you healthy Snacks around the house so when you get in that slump it won't be so tempting if the bad foods aren't around...while you're searching that laptop do some movements (get up off that thang as we say at work..lol)...juices flowing and brain waves moving.. A little set back ( that's all we claiming) it ALL will turn around for the better!!!! You've come to far to give up..Best of luck to you

It takes me about 30 to 40mins..with all the chewing..sometimes I get bored with it and stop..but using the small white dessert plate (smaller than salad plate) and eat that way..Sometimes I'm lazy about the scale n weighing... Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App

The best way I can explain my eating change from the sleeve 6 weeks out is, I grab the white plate now instead of the red plate..My desire to eat a lot isn't there anymore..how my taste buds changed after surgery is still a mystery for me Sometime I have to remind myself to eat because now that my fluids increased I fill even less hungry..Good Luck in your journey Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App

I have had that happen..a sip n be like crap!!!! But nothing happens n I end up doing something else til time passes...usually I don't have a drink anywhere near me when I'm eating so I won't make the mistake.???? Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App

What she said....minus the gasx strips..wear something lose around the waist n in generally.. Wore sweats with draw string.. Someone else wore scrubs with drawstring so it won't cause pressure on stomach.. Sports bra helped.. No underwire..good luck!!! Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App

I had no idea about the amount until I got to my surgery date...yes 2 hours before surgery and I checked in... Luckily it wasn't noted that I was reached about a balance prior to my procedure and the insurance waived it and billed me, which gave me the opportunity to make payments. God was blessing me for sure because I would have been devastated if surgery was canceled due to it (I left my phone,credit cards and money with my daughter when she dropped me off) and I probably would have took it as a DUMB sign to not proceed on my new journey. Sleeved Nov. 9th and down 26lbs since surgery...Good luck to you and your success.
