How fast can you return to work ?
I took 3wks..could've went back sooner due to no pain just fatigue..only challenge is to remember to pack your plan when you leave so you won't starve or fall off your plan making unhealthy choices. I was eligible for FMLA but also considered my job down time to make the process easier for everyone..If you were on track in pre you'll do great..good luck to you. My horrible experience at a restaurant.
If you can't get a card ...check Amazon for an alert bracelet with your on it info which I bought for only for emergencies.. Never thought to use it for anything else..on the front is my name, birth date n seafood allergies..just in case I'm an coherent... Safety first Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App

My horrible experience at a restaurant.
@@Kaylamh When she and i got LB surg years ago they gave us a card with all the information about our band... Not sure if they do that for the other WLS.For the sleeve I received a credit card size card for my wallet and a key chain card as well as a discount coupon code for an alert bracelet ( cheaper through Amazon)... My horrible experience at a restaurant.
Hate you had to go through that and even if it was the restaurants policy.1.it should have been told to you by the waiter or waitress when you ordered ..that way you could have made that decision upon ordering...2. If it was not information given before charge ..the manager should have taken it off at that time ..you really don't know who reads or listens to a complain..as manager he/she should have considered his restaurant n staff training as a whole and not just a customer complaint...That could have played out to benefit both...???? I Am Thankful For My Stall
I had a two week stall and only 7wks out but I think when my food phase changed a stall appeared BUT I want to lose at a pace I can build up too. I am not much of a physically person..exercise and such but since surgery I have increased activity, park farther from work and stores, and even do more activities from the kids. My stalls are not a worry for me because I haven't been a scale obsessed person but my inches and moving down in clothes sizes. All good in this neighborhood.

Why do so many people like "my 600 pound life" ?
Yes hoarders does that to me too...sometimes I can't make it through the whole show tho..some of those places are scary disgusting...smh

Slow weight loss?
I totally agree...I am so geeked of any weight loss in my 7 wks because BEFORE THE sleeve I increased my weight more than I lost...So my lost of any amount has me high all everyday???? Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App
