I was sleeved on Friday, my doctor wants me to start my Multivitamin today. It's a chewable.

Just wondering if you guys ate it in small bites, chewed it at once, etc.

I was sleeved about 2.5 weeks ago. My doctor actually recommended Flintstones chewables along with a chocolate caramel calcium. With both I chew it all at once and they both seem to go down smooth.

I haven't had my surgery yet. My surgeon started me on taking my vitamins in October. I have been letting my chewable multivitamin dissolve in my mouth for the most part. Hoping I can do that after surgery. Will see what my taste buds think of that. Lol
