3 months post-op before/after

I had my surgery on September 27th - SW 260, and just hit my 3 month Mark- CW 200. I did hit a stall period for a couple of weeks but I started going to the gym regularly and the scale then continued to move. The beginning for me was very rough but once I healed and got through the rough patches, I feel amazing. This surgery was the perfect decision for me!

You look great. Had my surgery on 9/27 also. SW 201 CW 170. I had reversal from band. Had a few complications and just been released to do full exercise 2 weeks ago. Had been at 172.4 for 3 weeks. Hope to do as good as you in coming months.
