There's a green tea called dieter's tea at the 99 cent store go there and get it drink two of those at night and then it's like anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour and a half later you should be able to go to the bathroom and before you do that drink two stool softeners Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

Just do little sips at a time n trust me u will feel so damn full after a few sips so do ignore the feeling of being full or might stretch back out....hang in there it's not as bad as people think it's actually easy....do sugar free pops too that's what I lived on..   10. Vers2017 Tapatio is a bottled salsa that's hella good no calories and u can use on veggies pre op and I even used Tajin is like a powdered salty Chile that's good with fruits and veggies u so need to try Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

I gained 8 pounds from all the fluids and the the air that they used to blow you up when they do surgery and so it took me about a week to lose that 8 pounds and then I lost another 24 pounds so and I'm 3 weeks post-op and now I'm stuck at a certain weight but hopefully it'll come off some more just hang in there Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

  18. Do a liquid diet drink a warm cup of lemon Water every morning and eat cucumber and cabbage with lemon and some tapatio just stick to liquids and u will drop those 8 lbs quick Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

I ate four pieces and zucchini about three bites of a double cheeseburger with my husband and I even ate some chocolate chip ice cream 4 days prior and a couple other things that I really love to eat that I knew I wouldn't be able to after surgery.....but the thing I'd I didn't over do it I listened to my stomach when I was full and I ate cucumber the day before but real early and a chicken wing...when I told my doc he said I was fine Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

I did the two week diet liquid prior to surgery I did eat about 3 or 4 times all way up until two days prior before the surgery but I only ate very minimal kept it small portions and I also told my doctor the day of surgery and he told me that I was perfectly fine and that he was happy that I lost 20 pounds before.
