I lost 20 lbs preoperative and I weighed in at 280 right before surgery when I was released I weighed 288 now I'm 2.5 post op and I'm 285 Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

Can some one give me some input or help I had surgery on thursday the 20th everything's been going good I've been being able to keep everything down but little sips at a time but for some reason I can't get the swelling out of my stomach, and it says on my scale im 5lbs heavier now from the time i went into surgery. I just had my surgery yesterday and I'm having a lot of pain going to take my medication tho. should I just keep relaxing and lay down?
