Is anybody else stuck on a certain weight for more than a week I was just wondering if anybody else is going through the same thing I don't know why

You will be stuck on the same weight sometimes for days , weeks and months . It is called a stall

Koo thx for letting me know I was a little stressed especially cuz I am able to intake half of Protein than what I should be

A stall is when you are doing everything right and still not losing weight. If you know that you are not getting the Protein amount that you should be, that could be the cause of being stuck.
