    food funerals?

I did food funerals but I didn't have fatty liver or a pre op diet. I ate the way I normally did 1200 calories a day 60 grams of Protein a day. I just made sure I watched what I ate. I don't really count it as cheating I guess. I did what felt right to me. I have not had most of those foods yet because I haven't had the urge to eat them. DIET

My cheat is chips with my lunch 2 times a week... I told my nutritionist and she was ok with it as long as it's not a lot (I can only have 4 or 5) to make sure I have room for my protien. Sent from my SCH-I545 using the BariatricPal App

    belching

7 weeks out and I'm still burpy. I think it had to do with how I drink though. I am not a sipper... I have to choke down the waste in gulps because I tend to forget to drink when I'm at work. .. Sent from my SCH-I545 using the BariatricPal App

    AFTER SURGERY SLEEPING PROBLEMS

Only 6 days out and I can't sleep through the night either. I could that sleeping on my back works of I have a ton of pillows to keep me at Ann angle like when I was at the hospital but then I get a soreness on my bottom. I can sleep on my side for about r hours but then I wake,up wide awake... My boyfriend was amazed because the other night I actually slept for 6 hours. 15. I had to go to an urgent care center about 1 week before my surgery on 10/3/16 and found out I had gout. The doctor there actually tried to talk me out of the surgery. He congratulated me on my current loss of 30 pounds but told me because I am in a commuter relationship and happy and very healthy looking I should not have it. When I told him it my choice to,have the surgery as a tool for healthy weight maintenance he backed off and was happy for my resolve. Sometimes I think, they try to test how willing you are to stick to the change and use your tool. Sent from my VS980 4G using the BariatricPal App
