  1. I love her tapes. Fast paced and fun. Doesn't feel like exercise.
  2. I had the lapband surgery in December 2005. I've had a few problems but they are behind me and I would do it again. I have lost 95 pounds; gone from a size 22-24 to a size 12. It changed my life! Hang in there - it will get better.
  3. Dr. Keith in Norman did my band two years ago. I live northside OKC, and am looking for a support group closer to home. I understand there is a support group at Integris. Can someone tell me when, where and time? Thanks.
