Good morning everyone! Spreadsheet is updated with Weight in for Wednesday 12/13!
There is so much progress this week!! I am seeing the best kind of success from so many posts...1-3 lbs loss steady for a week. Impressive!!!
I am hanging steady, but man is it hard for me during the holidays. How do you turn down that frosty snowman cookie staring at you? Lol!! Anyway, I'm running 3x a week and running around like a mad woman trying to prepare for a huge houseful of family coming soon. Stressing my poor husband out with housework and xmas shopping tasks! So many lists!
But my solace honestly is getting out with my dog and running/jogging. In the brisk air, and FEELING how my endurance has improved over the past 3 months. What a GIFT this surgery and weight loss has been to me.
Have a wonderful and successful week everyone. And if you have any tips for getting through the naughty food season, please share!!

Good question! I love lounging in the mornings and don't really like having to get up and workout, so I usually take a walk or run after work. However, I ran my first 5k a few weeks ago and the start time was 7am. After the run I felt amazing, energized and great all day. and I said to myself "I am going to get up early from now on to run!" Yeah, well.....that really hasn't happened.
So I guess the answer is any time of day is better than nothing! Whatever makes you feel best. :-)

So, I remember looking up athlete body types a few years back. My focus was on comparing sprinters to long distance runners.
I came across an interesting website that shows bodies from many different sports.

Since we are all here to remake ourselves, I figured it is a good time to ask whether you would be influenced by the finished physique of those in a chosen sport.
I know I would be. In college I had a dancer friend. Ballet, modern, etc. Her FEET! I never would want to do what she does (though I admire HER for it).
