I was sleeved today. YAYYYY! Surgery was excellent, recovery a little nausea gave me medicine for it haven't been nausea since. Gas pains in between breast and top of stomach just very annoying. Going walking soon to relieve it. So happy for my new chapter in life!

Hang in there we are in this together and trust me I know exactly how you are feeling. The pre op diet is the worst. I agree about the food addiction as well same here. I am on day 2 of my 7 day pre op diet and I too am having to worst constant nagging headache. My surgery is Sept. 23 . I am struggling watching the family eat as well but I am fortunate that my hubby is doing the cooking. Does anyone have any ideas other than tylenol for this headache? I ask because the tylenol isn't working. Good luck to all of you on your journeys!
