I'm getting sleeved on Sept 23 I'm on day 5 pre op liquid diet, and was wondering who is on this journey with me? Hang in there we are in this together and trust me I know exactly how you are feeling. The pre op diet is the worst. I agree about the food addiction as well same here. I am on day 2 of my 7 day pre op diet and I too am having to worst constant nagging headache. My surgery is Sept. 23 . I am struggling watching the family eat as well but I am fortunate that my hubby is doing the cooking. Does anyone have any ideas other than tylenol for this headache?
