i totally understand those sentiments. i am so sick of protein shakes. ..i would rather not eat than drink another! I think having full liquids 14 days prior to surgery AND continue after surgery is exhausting. they should change the preop. if I only had 2 weeks after surgery, this would be a breeze at 1 week in. but i was literally done with shakes before surgery! LOL.

i wish it was more active as well xoxo. i just reached 9 mos post op....im about 10-15 lb from goal

things are going well, I'm close to goal. due to my hectic life, I, too, have drifted with exercise but i rededicated june to getting myself prepared for july....re-vamed my system. I havent gained but thats because im currently at 9 months....but i see myself needed to straighten up so it doesnt happen!!

the only one i saw online but know nothing about is held by ormc but like I said I am not sure.
