  1. Do you have some favorite flavors?I like the fruits better than the sweets. strawberry kiwi and lemonade are my tops. The only ones I didn't like were lemon tea, espresso, and plain strawberry. Also, I would do double stuffed cookie with almond milk instead of Water. Thanks!! And espresso? That sounds nasty haha, no wonder you didn't like it. I guess someone does or they'd stop making it. Definitely going to order some If you call the customer service number and choose the bariatric option, they have a one time sample pack you can order. They send you 15 single shake servings for $15 plus 1.99 shipping. That lets you try 15 of the 17 flavors that they offer. That's how I started with them. My nut recommended it.Thank you!!!
  2. I'm told to slowly add veg in 30-60 days post op. Sent from my SM-T550 using the BariatricPal App
  3. Try g2. 45 call in 20oz so cute it with Water. It was the only thing that worked for me right after. Now I do infused water, all types of loose tea, and Vitamin water 0. Sent from my SM-T550 using the BariatricPal App
  4. I've done well with beef (crock pot pot roast) and pork bbq (so chopped up - in NC we use vinegar sauce, not the thick sweet stuff you normally think of as bbq sauce) as well as baked flaky fish. Tuna actually made me sick. Interesting how everyone is so different.

  6. How was the salad? I love salad but was cautioned on raw veggies until 2 months post.
  7. Yes, I've got a great one - I tried cucumber, grapefruit, and mint. It tastes horrid haha. I'm not sure where it went wrong, that combo is everywhere.
  8. Word of advice. Don't eat plates. Bad for the teeth.Lol. But seriously, that size of chicken would be dinner for days (maybe even a week!) even not fried! No, to be honest, me and chicken have agreed to disagree for now unless in tiny amounts in soup. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I love chicken. When we'd go out to eat my family would always ask "so which chicken dish?" Haha. I've yet to try it post op - I'm on full foods so I can. But I'm scared it won't sit well! I'm going to find a good crock pot recipe I think.
  9. Ooh that sounds yummy! I have a time stamp infuser bottle so I will definitely try watermelon! Are there any other fruits everyone loves in their water?
  10. I really loved sugar free applesauce at that stage. Try it if it's on your plan. I practically lived on it for a week or so.
  11. At 4 months you weren't putting yourself in danger. Now you know donuts are a slider. Live and learn. Krispy Kreme is delicious (I'm from NC - where KK started .... they're everywhere). I could easily eat 6.
  12. Chobani simply 100 is my favorite. It's blended, no fruit chunks. I like all the flavors, but have always loved greek yogurt. Once you get up to a few months, you could try Chobani flips - comes in flavors like key lime pie, with little graham cracker bits and white chocolate. Haven't checked nutrition on them but they're very tasty.

  17. Your a lifesaver thank you so much I will definitely try this today!... congratulations to you as well Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G928A using the BariatricPal App I wonder how this would work with pre-made. I'm doing Premier and I still don't like it!!! I'm off to Syntrax nectar next.
  18. Phew, glad I'm not alone. Hope it calms for you next month.
  19. I thought that was the funniest spelling error ever. I have to try this zoodle stuff now. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Right? I'm so intrigued by the zoodles!
