Problems with SF drinks

Really strugfling with liquids...8 days out, and its all I can do to hit 55-60 grams.I have several sf drink mixes etc that taste ok, the problem is they make me very nauseated. I had the same issue with my band. Its been a lifelong issue. Same thing with Water...I can drink a lil, but a lot makes me sick. Had issues when I played ball.

Right now the only thing I can hack is Diet Lipton Green Tea...and its iffy...

What to do? Pop is definitely not an option, an I am fine with that. My PA did not want me drinking juices, kool aid or hi c...

Anyone else had this issue?

Have you tried just soaking fruit in your Water? With a piece of fresh ginger for nausea? Like a gallon pitcher, filled with water, then chilled with sliced strawberries and oranges and a 2in piece of peeled fresh ginger sliced? Ginger is a natural nausea remedy, and maybe you need flavor without the sugary taste. Hint Water also has this taste

I wish I could just have gatorade or something....think that might also help with general lack of energy.

Try g2. 45 call in 20oz so cute it with Water. It was the only thing that worked for me right after. Now I do infused water, all types of loose tea, and Vitamin water 0.

What about herbal teas? There are some wonderful flavors made by Yogi. My favorite right now is cranberry spice. I have actually found that drinking flavored waters slowed my weight loss. I'm not sure why, but as soon as I switched to plain Water and herbal teas exclusively, the weight has been falling off.

I drink a *little*regular Gatorade (usually diluted with some water) every now & then. I have restless leg syndrome so my dr suggested it to help with the leg cramps get bad. I don't drink more than 4-6 oz though cause it can cause tummy problems

I feel the same way. We need *a few* calories.

I still use zofran occasionally. Just takes the edge off
