  1. I had to have 60 Protein so 2 premier shakes was enough. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  2. My surgery sent me home with these. I'm almost three weeks out. I've been wearing them but they get tangled up and quit working in the middle of the night. Do you think I still need them? I'm walking over 2 miles a day. I've been back to work for a week. I would have thought the threat has passed?? Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  3. Never after left the hospital. Stay on top of pain with liquid Tylenol. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. I'm moving into the puréed stage, but I can't tolerate the kind of Protein in my Bariclear protein. Are there any other different kinds of unflavored protein? Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

  6. I've been having the same type Protein shake for the last two weeks. This is a current problem. Maybe I'm drinking them too fast? I did go back to work and have a small lunch time. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  7. I'm 15 days out. Still on liquid diet. Have had no tolerance issues. Last two days I have my lunch Protein shake and about 2 hours later get watery diarrhea. No real stomach pain. The other shake I have at night doesn't have this effect. What am I doing wrong? Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  8. Smart Water worked for me because I had extra electrolytes. Decaf iced tea is my fave. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  9. My team said if it hurts to drink, you are doing something wrong. Too big of a gulp, to fast, etc. The gas may be the type of Protein in your shake. Try a different shake. I had to move to a different protein type because of this. The bad gas pain in your chest is GI tract spasms. They can prescribe something to help with that too. Hope that helps! Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  10. I had same problem. Doc had me change Protein shake. Something wasn't agreeing with my stomach to make the gurgling and diarrhea. Changed to Premier. Much better. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  11. Totally worth it. My doc said there was a shortage of the drug a few months ago and the nausea complaints increased significantly after surgery. It worked for me. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  12. Sometimes the medication or anesthesia can have this affect too. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  13. My surgeon said he did the test, but he had to take our word for it. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  14. Getting sleeved Oct. 4. Do I need a stomach binder? What kind? Where to find? Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
