No nausea but having diarrhea

Third day post op and haven't had any reflux or nausea (thank god). But my stomach is constantly very audibly growling and I've had diarrhea 3 times today. Wasn't expecting that since I haven't had any solid food in five days. Anyone else have problems like this?

    I'm having Diarrhea. I'm day 4 my tummy is growling and everything seems to pass through. Did yours get better when you started eating solids.@@kjmorris
