ask before you get one. I was given one in the hospital as a part of the whole thing.

My doctors are against them stating they restrict blood flow. Suggested using a pillow for pressure.

I got mine from Amazon. I took it to the surgery center with me (my procedure was out patient) and had the nurses put it on me when I woke up. They knew exactly what it was and seemed to approve.

I thought it really helped when up and walking around. It kept me from jiggling and hurting as much. I wore it a lot for the first two weeks, but I would take breaks. I loved having one. I slept in it most nights too. I found it soothing.

I'm almost 3 weeks out and I put it away a week ago.
