    If I needed to lose 10 quickly I would cut out all white foods (bread, rice, potatoes... Starches AND SUGAR). Eat protein and green vegetables. I just lost 5.5 pounds in 7 days. I didn't count calories, I didn't limit portions and I was not hungry. If I was I had some cheese or green Beans or a couple of pieces of bacon. Today I start week two. I have 7 pounds to go. Pre-op, 61 YRS, 5'5" HW 247, CW 223, BMI 37

    Aww, you're so sweet to wonder. Did endoscopy and colonoscopy last week and sleep study this week.next week I'll concentrate on finding a new doctor. I might go to Mexico at this rate. Really want this done by the end of the year. Pre-op, 61 YRS, 5'5" HW 247, CW 223, BMI 37

    Trying not to stress. I had my pre-op yesterday and it was all systems go for December. Today they tell me they must drop me as a client because I have Medicare as a secondary insurance carrier. Has anyone else run into this? What did it take to get into another program/surgeon? Pre-op, 61 YRS, 5'5" HW 247, CW 223, BMI 37
