TMI Question for the Ladies
SMB335 replied to tlh4life's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Mine started 1 day before sx. They don't want you to wear a tampon during sx and will give you a pad and disposable panties. It is up to you what you use after sx and once you are back in your room. It has more to do with how much you can bend. I would throw tampons in your bag and if you can't use them the hospital has pads for you. -

Looking for January 2017 sleevers
SMB335 replied to Destiny Vavrosky's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Hello all! Sleeved 1/25. 26 lbs down so far. It's def a struggle to get in my fluids. Doing good if I can get to 54oz by midnight! I'm getting about 90+ of my protein in. Doing ok-ish w my vitamins. Def hate when I make a wrong decision and the pain I get from that learning experience. Ex: I used to love the Gordmons Cajun Fish filets. Not now. It was prob the Cajun seasoning that got me :-( All in all, things have been a lot better since about week 3. I prob do need to Fig out what else I can eat but my go to meals for when I'm at work are egg salad and tuna salad. -

Consider Follow-Up Support when Choosing a Bariatric Surgeon

Where can I find information on their outreach program? Thank you -
@Amybeth12@Amybeth12@Amybeth12 Hello. I am a little late to this party:-) I just started this journey and anticipate to have surgery in November 2016. You guys are a couple - a few years out now. How is everyone doing? Would you care to share any advise w/ a newcomer? I also chose to use Dr Weiss. Thank you for any responses. I hope to join your group of lifelong support :-)
