So these protein chips are good just letting people know incase you are looking for an excellent source of protein and chip. I like the quest protein chips bbq flavor best. It's 21 grams protein 4 grams carbs and 130 calories

Artificial sweetener
Stevia is ok but I like the taste of splenda

I cheated
It won't but I agree with the post above you will find yourself cheating and be sure to hold yourself accountable that's what I do when I see the scale move up I cut back and go back to basics

11 months post-op and looking for buddies
What you eat makes a huge difference in your weight loss you might want to consider going back to basics high protein low carb low calories for the next few weeks
-
Breads
I count carbs and calories so if it fits with in your plan then I would go for it I would probably just do 1 slice to still limit the amount because carbs add up quick and on my diet I'm allowed 50 carbs per day and 1200 calories

Weighing in.
I do it everyday twice a day I have hit my goal weight and it helped when I found myself slip to get back on track because I saw that scale move in the wrong direction anything more then 2lb up I'm checking myself. I know people say it's not healthy but to me it motivated me to keep pushing to get to goal

Reached doctors goal
- 6 months post op
At 6 months and until I hit a year I'm suppose to eat half a cup of food then a year after its suppose to be for me 1 cup for the rest of my life to maintain and I found out the other day I could eat an entire bubba burger without the bun or veggies that was scary lol I'm 9 months out at goal 136- Popcorn????
Well I'm guilty because we go to the movies once a month and I eat kettle corn every time I go it's something I look forward to it think you should consider are you far along is your weight lost target close or have you met it and is this going to open a door for other things because if you have enough will power to do it once in a while and stop then don't beat yourself up as long as you can control- Popcorn????
It's a slider food you will be able to consume more and if your anything like me you will eat the whole thing- sleeved 11/30/16
So that's great you lost a lot quick and your doing well. The only tips I have is to stick with the diet they give you once you stray it can be difficult to get back on for some so keep your goal in mind. High Protein low carbs- Am I eating too much???
Measure your food you don't want to undo the good that's my way of encouraging myself when I want to keep eating. Plus you should actually stop once your satisfied not full then 3 hrs later you could have enjoyed the other half.- 9 months out- trying to keep it in perspective
So per my nuts requirements I'm suppose to get between 1000-1200 calories per day 50 grams of carbs have 80-100 grams of Protein because I work out and more then 64oz of Water I'm 8 months out today 2/13- Slow Sore Loser
I'm sorry for your loss my only suggestion would be to keep busy walk to relieve stress and go back to basics with eating habits Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App- Then and now.. Two photos say a thousand words.
OMG your eyes do look great and good for you Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App- Goal Achieved!
You look great Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App- 6 months post op and feeling like I'm on a slippery slope downhill
Interesting so I'm 2lbs from goal and I find myself eating sweets more now I don't beat myself up about it but I feel like I should be. I will eat like 2 spoons of a really bad banana pudding everyday because it's in the fridge. For me it's an out of sight out of mind thing I really won't go out the way to get something but if it's there then I'm eating it. I haven't gained any weight but I'm only 8 months out and I do work out 5 days a week. I know the struggle it's not easy and for me my will power is low if it's easily available. Just keep trying and like the post above if you can do it and stop good if not and your like me try to keep it away for limited occasions Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App- To skinny
Thanks everyone for the comments I do think the wrinkles on my neck are a bit much but for my body type I'm 5'2 and petite but I would like to lose a little more I'm 137 and want to be 130 and maintain that just keep hearing everyone with there comments and has me constantly thinking did I get to skinny Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App - 6 months post op
