Fried chicken
Sorry I will say it and stone me if you want treats got me my f@t @ss I am trying to rethink that or adopt changes. I could see at or near goal attempting a non flour breading. And I am not saying I have completely perfect but I am not accepting "normal" ways of eating. I have a new normal and I hope to stick to it and my exercise routine forever.

Fried chicken
I eat chicken but soft, naked, chicken breast. I can't imagine eating skins or breaded would sit well or be best choice for me. I am almost 4 months post op

Liquid vitamins
I did not like any of the liquid options. I did try wellesse it is affordable. But when I discovered Centrum Vitamints that was my post op favorite. Definitely refrigerate the wellesse if you get it but to me it was a slightly more palatable, chilled version of horrible.

Rice?
Whole foods also has fresh cauliflower already "riced" and it is not pricey. I cannot have rice now. Or Pasta or bread. Or, I can, it is not advised.

No longer answering these questions:
I was going to make a snarky comment about bananas as someone mentioned them in relation to sleeve size, but then the comment about boards being dead stuck with me.....until the top topic when I click "new content" is anal sex concerns. A lot of diversity I favor "pinning" the top comments, but that would not translate to the device most of us "read" from - our phones. But, point is I think we still have excitement and if anal sex doesn't keep vets engaged......

Communion Wafers? When?
Well you may be able to sooner. I didn't go to services until about a month. I think I would have been fine at 2 weeks post op with one. just suck on it and swallow slow. I am a dipper so I didn't need to finish it right there.

Communion Wafers? When?
I had them about a month out. Not sure if episcopalians have a different recipe but wasn't an issue we also have gluten free body of Christ for those who request.

Starbucks
Starbucks is quite possible but anything with high sugar or juice is probably not best decision. They have a lot that is unsweetened but make sure you make that clear when ordering. Big difference between chai latte and unsweetened chai latte. Of course just plain Cappuccino or latte is while maybe a good handful of calories not terrible. They also have sugar free syrups. As for ice cream not sure that is something I would consider until at goal and even then not in same way as before.

Will i ever be able to eat more than two bites of food?!
Well bites may be a relative term. What was 2-3 normal bites for me pre surgery is now my 2-3oz meal. I can at 3 1/2 months post op eat my 3 oz meal it is small bites and more than 3 of them. I did go out recently to tapas restaurant which was ideal for making a small meal seem very normal. Added benefit was someone else with gluten issues so easy to get variety of clean veg or high Protein options.

Premier Protein Powder
Maybe the pb2 powder. My main reason for using premier is the convenience so I only use pre made ones.
-
When will I feel better or even remotely better?
My powders are mostly good as long as under 140. I would echo Alex as the broths are good for liquid and protein mix base.

Bliss fat girl slim
I would add that though a nice moisturerizer I would not splurge on this for elasticity. If you want to do something that *might* help I would get bath salts for salt scrubs. Some studies show scrubs can stimulate skin tightening and elasticity through increase circulation and exfoliation. I do a salt scrub at least twice per week since surgery with Dead Sea salts.

When will I feel better or even remotely better?
Definitely need to be adding protein to broth. Did you get post op diet and guidance from your surgeons office?

When will I feel better or even remotely better?
For me, it was about 2 weeks to feel really better. Best of luck stick to fluids!!!

Bliss fat girl slim
So I got a jar of this free with the bliss oxygen mask that I Iove. It has caffeine some dermatologists say caffeine like this can have limited benefits for mild cellulite. I would think it is impossible for it to help bat wings. I am using only because it was free. If a miracle ensues over next year I will be sure to share!

Hoping someone can tell me about chia seeds
Not sure how the chia soaking any liquids in ones body would affect anything since they are heading to digestion anyway. Plus we have 30/30 rule. I think they taste better after soaking up yogurt but also fine in smoothies. For me, was permitted at 8 weeks post op

Favorite Protein Shakes?
My office only sells BA but the nut recommended others including premier unjury and isopure. I would be surprised if they say only that one brand. One main reason is that the BA unflavored is sweetened so you can't use in broth -- which can be a key need for people who don't like shakes.

Hoping someone can tell me about chia seeds
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kwUTPYm0Rn8 Here is a young woman that posts entertaining vsg videos. This is her chia bowl which is pretty good though I do not add the coconut sugar and eat less than she does -- but she is way post goal.

Favorite Protein Shakes?
I love premier chocolate. It is at Sams club Walmart costco and I am told Walgreens. I know Costco has online. It is convenient and has high Protein. I really value the convenience of these as well, easy grab and go. I did like their vanilla but since surgery just can't do it anymore. My next favorite is unjury chicken broth. You should click links here and consider their starter kit. I found Bariatric Advantage a bit too sweet and pretty pricey. I regret buying so much at my surgeon office pre-op. Next I like Isopure unflavored. Good mixture odorless tasteless. Ograin is at Whole Foods but cost more than premier it has less protein, Vitamins, and Fiber and some have more sugar as well. So not a fan.
