Source of Life liquid has been my best liquid Vitamin. If I miss a dose, I notice a huge difference. I get it on Amazon.

I used Wellesse liquid multi-vitamin, calcium, and iron for the first several weeks after surgery and they worked great for me. I got them from Amazon. Reasonably priced, too. I thought they all tasted fine if kept in the refrigerator, but you can dilute them with water, diet fruit juice, etc. if the taste bothers you.

I had my labs drawn regularly and they were always great.

I did not like any of the liquid options. I did try wellesse it is affordable. But when I discovered Centrum Vitamints that was my post op favorite. Definitely refrigerate the wellesse if you get it but to me it was a slightly more palatable, chilled version of horrible.

I use the vitamin patches from the bariatricpal store. I love them. The B12 energy plus is amazing!

Breannaw is the b12 patch the only one you tried I was thinking about using the Patches myself but did not know anything about them.

Wellesse is definitely my favorite. In the fridge and one quick dose (just one swallow of liquid) and you're done. Easy-peasy. They will send you samples too if you request them! www.wellesse.com
