The first thing is don't eat to much it will get stuck in the esophagus ( puke that baby out ) hurts like the devil Skin is very itchy, it does go away but I still have flare ups food gets annoyingly gross after eating it for a few days Weight gets stuck on a number more then you like it to be After going months without a period you lose enough weight it comes back full throttle The body part you want to get smaller doesn't, it's always the awkward places first ( I'm a potato with toothpick legs ) Clothes you use to wear can start to fit but there is always a bulge of fat there so guess you will try another day You can see between the steering wheel and your belly So many changes its nothing bad, ok maybe the monthly visitors, I could have gone my life without them back but least I know at the end of the day my choice of choosing bypass was the best thing I have done for myself :) Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. Depends on how ur made I think! I had bypass and the next week I was carrying bucket of food moving over 50 bags but not picking them up! Dumping Water out of the pools for our ducks. I keep my ab muscles tight and use my legs to pick up , it really depends but I say Waite to pick up the baby bc one wrong move and you will regret it Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  14. Yes my tastes changed but that's not the worse part the worse is waking up and planning your meals and get nauseous over thinking about food. That happened to me for two weeks! Now at 6 weeks in just starting to drink Protein shakes before I couldn't finish then or would make me feel nauseous. I have done research but it's only skinny women who talk about it. I want to see results from a real woman who had back fat and toned it up. Hope there is someone out there....
