  1. Are you taking measurements? When I'm losing I'm not dropping inches. When I'm stalled the inches are dropping. I've been doing arm and ab exercises a lot this week and my biceps and waist are up slightly from last week but I lost almost 4 inches total everywhere else. My weight loss was sudden today, I was down 3 pounds out of nowhere. I triple checked it to confirm.
  2. I know that you don't want to hear this. I could've been in my jeans on day 1. My point is that everyone is different.
  3. Exercise is working with 5 pound dumbbells, those spring grip thingies and rotating these ab exercises. http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/best-abs-exercises-ever
  4. Breakfast was 2 eggs with peppercrack cheese and green enchilada sauce. Lunch was 4 oz of shrimp with lemon juice and old bay seasoning and a slice of havarti cheese. Essentially a shrimp melt without the bread. I had 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 1 tbsp so sugar free strawberry jam around 4. Dinner was an odd mix of pulled pork with homemade refried beans that had Greek yogurt as sour cream. I also had 90 oz of Powerade Zero mixed 50/50 with water and 24 oz of propel water.
  5. No app but here you go. July September 2016 Yesterday
  6. I have 2 shirts that have been hanging in my closet since 03-04 that I've never wore. Both are listed as 2xl and one was tight at the time and the other was no way José. I keep trying the one that was tight before. I'm enjoying the once a week trial and error of the fit. I don't even wear that style of shirt any longer but I will wear both of them because I said that I would.
  7. I understand what you are saying. I view hard lines as being more towards the manly side. If you are concerned you can always do plastic surgery to soften those lines.
  8. I wonder if a person's tastes change in what the like in a partner. A simple example, I've always preferred a woman who has a bit of weight to her because I think that women should have gentle, soft curves. I've never found an "athletic build" attractive. Part of that may be that I've always been big so I've rarely associated with "athletic" people. My perspective may be based on my reality. No offense @@bayougirlmrsc but in your waitress days I probably would have never given you a second look because your build wouldn't have been attractive to me. I wonder if marriage issues are somewhat linked to this.
  9. We played around on day 2, took it slow and easy on day 5 and day 8 or 9 was like teenagers in the back of a mustang but without the mustang.
  10. Half of a large Wendy's chili 2-3 times a week. 125 cal, 11 carb, 11 protein and enough fiber to keep me going.
  11. I've definitely gained 2 inches of visible wood and it is quite useful for fun as well!
  12. I agree 100%! This is also the first belt that I've liked in quite awhile. I'm currently in the last hole and I will be breaking out the drill and drill bits shortly because honestly my belt is more of a decoration at this point. I was able to slide my hand into my pants without issue to adjust my underwear (which are now too large as well) without thinking about it yesterday. I guess that means that the pants are a bit too big as well!
  13. I measure every weekend. I do chest, stomach, waist, biceps, thighs and calfs. Since my pre op on 8/19 I've lost 26 inches.
  14. I don't need fast access as much as I need concealment. I would have to wear something like that, an under shirt and a dress/uniform shirt. I wear white shirts for work since we changed logos and company colors. My old shoulder holster is now visible under my shirt. I would like to maintain positioning to my left side at breast height or over my left breast where is would be behind my shirt pocket.
  15. If that waist trainer wasn't an hourglass shape for women it would make the perfect solution for a mounting point for an in the waistband firearm holster without "printing" the firearm. Hmmm.
  16. Looking great! I love the shirt!
  17. In the words of Austin "Danger" Powers, I'm spent baby, yeah!
  18. Damn. Got a kleenex? You made a fat man tear up. Congrats!
  19. The problem is that you have to find a man who can keep up with you. I'm a very happy husband and my friends are jealous and envious by they also admit that they couldn't do what we do. Without getting into too much detail, I hit my 20% of my total weight goal today and my reward involves my wife, a naughty outfit, candles and the great outdoors. I mentioned that I hit my goal and my coworkers are aware of our "reward" system and they asked for what it is and I gave them the details that they asked for. The guys were envious but said that there is no way. The girls (who know my wife) were asking can you really do that? I can now! Thanks VSG!
  20. My next goal is 218, 30% of my total starting weight.
  21. Woo hoo! I've officially lost 20% of my total weight. I'm down 63 pounds total and I've lost 26 inches!
  22. I still love food. Last night we had family over and my sweetie and I made shrimp stuffed poblano peppers with refried beans. We stuffed the peppers with shrimp, red, orange and yellow bell pepper, onion and spices. We also made a cilantro yogurt sauce buy thinning the yogurt with non fat milk. I don't miss food at all. It is now a fun challenge to make it bariatric friendly.
  23. Thanks! I have no problem talking about anything and everything. Yes the roids are gone! I increased my Fiber and made sure to camp in the bathroom (much to the dismay of my coworkers) until the poop comes out instead of trying to power poop and get back to work.
