Fredbear got a reaction from healthyliving23 in What to pack for lunch when 6 weeks out
    Friday's lunch box was:
Protein shake (half mid-morning, half mid-afternoon) 2 calcium chews (one mid-morning, one with lunch) 3 drink flavor packets (for my 24 oz. drink container) 3 oz. cubed chicken (spiced up with powdered garlic, onion, basil, paprika, pepper flakes, and pepper) 1 oz. feta cheese crumbles 1 tsp. sweet/hot mustard 1 tsp. stone ground mustard 1 tsp. chipotle mustard

I went back and added in my drinking schedule. Between 8:15 and 12:00, I generally drink 48-72 oz. Between 1:20 and 5:00, I drink another 48-72 oz.
I don't have any problems at all getting liquids in, in fact I drink 100+ oz. a day; I actually stop mid-evening so I don't have to get up and pee during the night.

I've lost more than 50 pounds, but I swear this is the first time I've REALLY felt it: sitting on an airplane and easily putting on the seatbelt. Not only did I put it on [something I couldn't always do before QQ] but I put it on without tugging, pulling, or "sucking it in". And then, when I dropped my tray table, it didn't immediately bounce back up off my belly -- NAY! THERE WAS ROOM BETWEEN THE TOP OF MY THIGHS AND THE TRAY TABLE!
I can't remember the last time I could use a tray table on an airplane. It's dumb, but it's horribly exciting.

I've been in the habit of weighing on the weekend (either Saturday or Sunday), but I've been so eager to see myself cross over the 100lbs lost mark that I've been doing it every couple of days for the last week. The weight seemed to be totally unwilling to change! I was stuck at the same weight for a week and it seemed that my body just didn't want to give me the satisfaction. Until this morning!
I'm officially past the 100lb mark, and halfway to my weight loss goal. I'm wearing clothes right now that I was wearing at my high weight of 385 and they look gigantic on me. Feels real good. Now, to get the NEXT 100lbs off!

I was only in the hospital for an overnight stay. I spent a week in a hotel recovering with my mom, who visited from out of state to help me (she was a career outpatient nurse). So that helped my recovery a lot.

Yeah, it's best just to stay away from candy. It's just going to reignite your cravings.

Fredbear got a reaction from JonteRaynal in More looks and attention?
I have gotten a lot of comments online - I've been in such a good mood that my friends think that I've been replaced by a pod person.
At the NYE party I got a lot of attention (which I hate), but thankfully no one was interrogative as to the reason for the weight-loss.
No comments at work yet, but I expected that, since we're a professional office.

Hey fellas, has anyone noticed a change in their facial hair since surgery?
I've had several friends ask if I dyed my goatee, and I have to admit that it seems to have a hell of a lot less gray than three weeks ago...
Anyone else see any changes? Thickness, ability to grow, etc.?

Fredbear got a reaction from LipstickLady in Blocking
In most ways, I'm a lot like @@LipstickLady - I'm blunt and direct, and I don't pussyfoot around.
I'm also logical and dispassionate (which serves me excellently in my avocation). This frequently puts me at odds with drama queens who are ruled by their feelings and little else. Oh well, tough titty.
And I don't believe in personal attacks... until you attack me. Then it's gloves off, *choose your expletive*.

Just going to throw this out there...

First, I have no idea the scenerio or the players that you are referring to, so I am definitely not taking your words personally.
I will tell you that I, personally, am the exact same in person as I am behind my computer. I don't curse at people, I don't call names, but I am fairly blunt and opinionated. I am not a warm and fuzzy person by nature so while my intent may be genuinely caring, some people take me as too direct or harsh.

Please remember that you cannot read tone on the internet. What you want to interpret as an "attack" may well have been meant as constructive criticism. What you take as nice, might be what others take as pandering. I can honestly say that what you've communicated as your desires above on these boards would deter me.

I don't always want encouragement, especially if I make a bad choice. I don't want or need "in the nicest way" because at times, I really need a kick in the pants. I prefer someone tell me how it is rather than patronize to my feelz.

I rarely consider people "mean" because a stranger's words on the internet do not affect me personally. The only time they seriously p!ss me off is when they start in with name calling and personal attacks towards others. I seriously don't even care if they are calling ME names. I find that humorous and very telling of their character.

We are all very different in the way we communicate AND in the way we interpret. I rarely block and I rarely report. I appreciate disagreements, banter and debate. It's how **I** learn and grow.

Once it gets PERSONAL, the problem starts and the blocking begins.

Marriage is just a contract; contracts get broken all the time. What do you think divorce is?
Also, relationships can be ended by either party. You don't need the other person's consent to end it.
Having children complicates it, but in the end if you want to leave, you can leave. (Just expect a huge load of cr4p dealing with the children aspect of it, legally...)
