I'm 30 day post op. I'd say day 2 was the worst day for me. Just take pain meds and sip Water and sleep. You will feel better tomorrow . And much better the next day. Take care and look forward to the new you! I'm so glad I had the surgery. Down 30 lbs!

I was 3 weeks out yesterday. I did have tiny piece of turkey tbsp ea of potato and dressing. Wow was I stuffed. Back to no carbs now. Just a little splurge

I'm sorry you had a set back, If something caused me to vomit, I'd assume my Tummy was not ready for certain sloppy Foods yet. My fav sloppy is 1/3 cup ready break mixed with 1/3 cup premiere Protein

Hi from Tennessee USA. My surgery date is Nov 2! Meet w surgeon on 0ct 18. Guess I'll get pre surgery diet then! What is your diet consist of?
