    Failure

I don't know if you know this or not but if you're having trouble with your vitamins you can get them in patch form. I don't use them but I here they work very well. As for the rest.... don't stress it'll all come together in due time. Before surgery I hardly ever drank Water. After surgery I still hardly drink water and in doing fine. I was sleeved on 9/7/16 and I've lost 50lbs. Some might say that's slow but I'm fine with that. Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App
  2. I dropped then stalled then gained but don't I won't let that discourage me. Sometimes just a change up in your routine can make a difference. Look at what your eating. Do something different there. Are you exercising? If not start. If you are change what you're doing. Maybe just do cardio for a while. Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App

    The start of the process

Hey everyone I too am in the beginning stage. The funny thing is I haven't even had my consult yet ( 5/16). I only have to do 4 months with the nutritionist. I've already done some of my pre op testing and have appts set up for a few more. I'm hoping to get a July surgery date. ❤TTFN❤
  4. Hello everyone I'm new to this(my first post.) I'm still in the pre op stage hoping for a July surgery date. I'm concerned about sagging skin and overhang as the weight starts to come off. Has anyone who's had the sleeve experienced this? What did you do about it? I've heard people who've had bypass end up getting a tummy tuck at some point. Is it true that with the sleeve the weight loss is more gradual so there less chance of having the excess skin?
