I am five weeks out and I've had a headache for two days. Mild headache. I know I am not drinking enough water. Any suggestions. Had terrible GERD two days ago and could not eat or drink. Water gave me severe pain. My Dr called me in meds yesterday so I am better. I have lost a total of 20 lbs. A little disappointed that I have not lost 30 lbs or so. I will take the 20 lbs in 5 weeks I have started swimming when it is not raining. But really feel bad at this point. I had a sleeve, hernia repair and lots of scar tissue removed from previous surgery.

You are doing great!!! 27 lbs is alot of weigh... My surgery is April 27th and I am anxious and having a hard time on the preo-op diet for two weeks. Hang in there and let me know how you are doing.

Good luck on your sugery. My sleeve is April 27th and Im on my two week pre op and its hard for me to stay on liquids -

Start my two week pre-op in the morning. I tried for a couple days last week and it was very hard. I must do this as my surgery is April 27 -

Great job!!!. Your post is such an encouragement for me. My surgery is April 27 2016. Did you have any gas pain if so how did you cope or get rid of the pain? How long did the gas pains last ? Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated. -
Hang in there. Don't give up. My sleeve surgery is April 27, 2016. I also had a band and the band slipped after five years. The band had to be removed.

Okay is it hard to take those small small bites and chew chew.. I start my pre-op diet tomorrow with surgery April 27. Nervous of the unknown. I appreciate all the help. I think its a mind game with me. Not hungry but want to eat sure hope I am not like that after the surgery. I will need to find a hobby.. Every post I read is such an encouragement to me and everyone doing great. Thanks. Any tips on the pre-op two week
