In 19 hours I'll be reborn. And today I've lost 11 pounds on my preop diet so excited!!!

I was sleeved 29/3 and my scale is moving slower than a turtle having a nap grrrrr

I just had my surgery March 22nd. I didn't have any nausea, they provided me with a pill I took the night before surgery to help with it and gave me meds in hospital if I needed them. I have been lucky enough to not have any issues with pain or nausea. The only discomfort I felt so far is the bruising around the incision sites and the bloating but the more you walk the better the pressure feels so I was walking laps in the hospital as soon as I could get out of bed. Hi I am 10 years out but still want to share my pics. It shows a life long commitment to myself   the one in animal print was 1 year anniversary. The one in yellow was 10 year anniversary

Wow! The transformation pics are so AMAZING! I know EXACTLY how amazing you all feel, because I have reached goal and surpassed my own fitness level goals as well, and I am so happy with my transformation! Over three years ago, I would browse through the threads and look at pictures. They were so motivational. I thought, "I will NEVER look like that, but I know I can get close." But the results are real folks. I hope my pics can inspire someone, the way so many pictures on this site inspired me. You can do it!!! It's a brain game...conquer the mind and you'll achieve your goals.

I'd like to start a post for pictures that focuses on before and at goal (or near to goal) pictures only. I think it's really fun to see the complete transformation and super motivating!!
It's awesome for those on the journey to see the end results! Showing the incredible results this surgery and hard work can provide. I'd love to see all of your photos so please post with your stats- start weight, end weight and height.
Here's mine.
Start weight 250 ish
End weight 117
Height 5'

310 to 210 and a size 24/3x to a 12/L.
I'm two years out. I got down to 194 and I've gained weight (but not size) since I've been working out pretty frequently. All though I'm happy with my size 12, I'm still feel like I should be about 30lbs less but my doctor is happy and said not to stress about it too much because I have a large frame.

It's been close to a year since my surgery. Progress is slow, but no regrets. About 70 lbs. down from my highest weight.

Only 6 weeks out. 54.4 pounds down surgery date 2/4/13

Had surgery on 8/22/12 at 270 lbs I am now 7 mos out and down 111 lbs since then 142 total weight loss from start of program and feel great current weight 159 lbs

Nowhere near done but had surgery 12-12-12 lost 69 pounds so far!

Don't know if they are inspirational but I have come a long way. Lost 182 lbs. starting weight 340 current weight 158. Surgery 02/21/2012
