Thanks Orlando and swizzle, i work as a nurse manager so not so much on the floor but just wanted to be sure I'll be ready physically & mentally to go back though I don't want to use up all my vacation time.

Day of surgery = 220
Two months post op = 184 (-45 total)
Today - eight months post op = 133 (-96 total)

Depending on what you do. If you don't lift anything over 10 lbs then 3 to 4 days you can go back to work.

My name is Mo. I had my surgery on 11/5/15. I'm about 4 months out and 55lbs down. What an awesome feeling. At first I thought to myself what the hell did I do to myself. I just knew I'd given myself some sort of eating disorder but that was not the case. God has allowed me to modify my eating and start to maintain a healthy lifestyle. And the results are fantastic!!! They calling me skinny now the top spot before and the bottom is after

Right now you are mourning a DEATH the death of the strong relationship you had with food. You can't eat like you did and may never(hopefully) be able to again. You know what your aunt and Mom went through; and you chose to have the surgery. What is done, is done. Move forward with a positive attitude and use your surgery as the great tool that it is to seek a healthier, and yes happier life. Be an adult. suck it up and DO IT!! You know that you can.
