  4. I'm 3 weeks post op at my first Dr Vist 1 week after surgery I had lost 19 pounds, Leading up to my surgery I had lost 71 pounds for a total of 90 to date. The last 2 weeks I haven't lost a pound. I'm taking in 90 to 110 grams of Protein between 700 and 1100 calories a day, Walking 30 minutes to an hour, daily bowl movements nothing is moving what am I doing wrong? How can I kick start this thing again. Before surgery I could loose at least a pound a week now seems like nothing moving with less calories and a whole lot of gas Help! Bypass vs. Sleeve

I picked the bypass because I only wanted to do it once, you can if you want have the bypass done after the sleeve but not visa versa. I just had surgery on the 2nd so not much to report yet but I know it was the right thing. It's a win win you really can't go wrong with either good luck Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App

  14. I had my surgery on March 2nd, I was kept in the hospital an extra day because of nausea. Now home I'm not really hungry but every Comercial seems to have food involved. Now trying to break the addiction aspects of it. How did you deal with all the temptations? Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
