    STUCK

I'm in the same boat. Surgery was 2/24 I'm down 36 lbs. I am stuck. I know my Water intake and Protein intake are horrible. But with the lack of calories I am eating vs pre surgery it don't make sense. Sometimes I feel like this isn't working for me. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Why the Hiccups ?!

I get the hiccups whenever I eat. That is when I know I'm full. It has become a bit of a joke in my house. They don't last long maybe 4 or 5 then done. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. I am having such an issue with Protein. The thought of it makes me sick. I was fine the first two weeks post op, now I gag whenever I drink. I'm sure it's just something I will need to work through but I worry about hair loss. I'm 2 months post op and down only 36 lbs. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. Hi I'm 51 and had my bypass 2/24/16. I'm very new to this completely. I look everyday for advice, experiences, answers and just to learn. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  5. I just had my surgery 2/24/16. Today is the first day I actually feel human. I walked around Walmart to get my body moving and felt pretty good. Taking no medication as of Saturday night. I think that was worse. I left the hospital on Thursday and was doing liquids up until tonight when I had my first Yoplait Greek 100 Whips. It was heaven one small taste at a time. It took me about 1 hour to eat 4 ounces. I'm going to try adding sugar free applesauce tomorrow. I was so very bored with chicken broth, Jello and Frozen Popsicle's. Any suggestions?
