Why the Hiccups ?!

Hi, GBP post up day 8

I've been having hiccups all day today. I notice i am frequently getting them after sipping on liquids. Could i be sipping to quickly or to much liquid at once? Why am i getting the hiccups? Could it be that i'm swallowing air or something?!

I didn't have em before until today. Nothing has changed I am sipping my liquids the same way I've been sipping them the last few days. Has this happened to anyone?

I think you may be sipping a bit too quickly. Hiccups has always meant my tummy is currently full and needs a minute to empty.

I was sleeved 4 years ago. I call it my timer. When I hiccup I'm full and I stop eating lol. Doesn't last long but it's funny. Kids and hubby say moms done! Hehe

I'm 7 days post op & I get hiccups too when I drink! It is painful and I have to push a pillow into my right side to ease the pain.
