  1. Low carb, induction phase 20 carbs per day, lots of water [emoji97] and walk:)
  2. So sorry [emoji52] it was rough for me the 1st couple of months too. Drink your water and get that protein in. I can't handle any protein but unflavored Genepro. I know a lot of people have different opinions However it saved my life, literally. Take care.
  3. Genepro saved my life. I was having trouble keeping anything down after surgery I was down to 250 calories per day, my blood pressure dropped dangerously low too, until I found Genepro which literally saved me from ending up back in the hospital.

  5. Make sure you drink water [emoji97] and walk even if it's to the end of the driveway first, then try to make it a little further the following week and so on...

  13. I was never given one but wouldn't that hurt your stitches? I'm 6 months out and sometimes my seatbelt hurts me

  16. I was sleeved last March and was never able to give up coffee ☕️ maybe that's why my weight has come off so slow. But I think my Puerto Rican mama breast fed me coffee because if I stop taking it I get horrible headaches [emoji19]
  17. Don't feel down I'm a slow loser too. They say slow losers end with less extra skin[emoji6] I'm 7 months post op and lost 51 pounds. Try to keep eating right[emoji106]you can do it
