Coffee consumption

Wanted to ask how much coffee are many sleevers with more than a year out after surgery consume on a daily basis. I have heard of some sleevers consuming 16-20 oz of coffee. Also what about latte's from starbucks or any other coffee chain. What sizes of coffee do many of you consume?

I drink about 5 cups of black coffee a day, sometimes more.

If I order anything from Starbucks, it's usually a tall redeye, dark roast.

Very rarely, as a treat, I will get a tall skinny vanilla latte or a tall vanilla sweet cream cold brew.

My husband has for 3 years drank a pot of coffee with no problem, winter only. I drink l cup a day in the winter. It was our secret pleasure!

I drink at least two coffees every day with no issues. im 4 years out in 2 weeks time.

2-3 cups a day...starbucks grande latte 2 days a week

I'm only a month out, but with the blessing of my team, I can have 16 oz of coffee at day. (I drink it black). For every 8 oz. of coffee, I must drink an additional 8 oz of water. I was happy to live with that because death before decaf. :)

Depends on my goal. I use caffeine including coffee form as an appetite suppressant. On those days, 1-5 cups can happen. When not dieting, I drink 0-2 cups a day.

I drink 1 cup of coffee a day. I get a skinny iced vanilla latte about twice a month. I budget those calories though

my morning travel mugs range from 20-24 ounces. I have 4 ounces of fairlife milk with a dash of half and half (gradually transitioning over to the milk) and stevia in mine. almost every work day, sometimes on the weekend.

more of a tea drinker on the weekend - and my pretty little teapot I hand carried back from England is two and a half tea cups, and in my tea cup I put 1 tsp of honey that lasts for all 2.1/2 cups of tea.

sorry. I just saw you wanted 1 year out. I'm only 7.5 months out from surgery, but I do not see this answer changing once I get to a year.
