  1. I love Genepro every morning in 3oz. Of Starbucks light Frappucino [emoji6]
  2. I couldn't take premier protein shakes after surgery so I switched to Genepro.
  3. Yes I did, however it was just a tablespoon or 2 of mashed potatoes
  4. I was never really great on protein however I did make sure I drank atleast 1 protein shake a day and I take biotin every day religiously. I did lose hair but it really wasn't that drastic and now it's growing back. It may have been better if I didn't dye it but I still did[emoji6]
  5. Make sure you try many different protein shakes, your favorite now may not be after. Don't forget to walk right after surgery and at home even if it's to the end of your driveway and back and then to the end of the block. Take care [emoji6]
  6. I doubt anyone was paying attention due to all the food but that needs to be addressed by the higher ups since your information should never be a topic of conversation unless you bring it up. You did good I probably would've told her off & let her have it right there but you showed great composure and class.

  11. Queen of the tamazons how does miralax help with weight loss?
  12. Has his primary care doctor been over to see him at the hospital. I mean I don't understand. My primary care doctor referred me to my surgeon and said that she'd go to him if she needed to and when my blood pressure dropped after surgery she took care of me.
  13. I thought I was not going to tell anyone but then I just told everyone and you would not believe the response and others I've helped with my story. However, you could say your on the low carb Atkins diet and only doing 20grams of carbs per day until you lose it all[emoji6]
  14. I'm not so sure I would want to spend time with people who hurt me like that. You might want to let them know that their comments are hurting your feelings and you would like them to stop. If you can't be honest with your family then with who? I'm sorry [emoji52] if this isn't helpful, be careful and take care.
  15. Congratulations [emoji898]
  16. I had surgery last March at Florida hospital with doctor Dietrich.
  17. I'm 9 months out and I still crave sweets but you should ask your doctor what he advises. I'll tell you what though, if I over eat I still end up throwing up and in pain so I don't do it often.
  18. I still use it and mix it every morning with 3oz of Starbucks mocha light Frappucino [emoji6] not sure if this is healthy however when I could barely eat anything and my blood pressure dropped dangerously low this is what kept me going and able to make it through the work day.
  19. Goal weight: 199 Current weight: 207
