    Who's your surgeon?Meireles. Please tell it to me straight if you know something bad..... I'm a heartbeat "literaly" away from pulling the plug on this and just diet and exercise. No nothing bad!!! I had my surgery in Boston and my surgeon rotates between mass gen and Boston medical so just wondering if they were the same!

    What are you doing for Lent?

    Since I'm only 2 weeks pre op my diet is so limited o can't give up any food or I won't eat lol so Im saying a rosary everyday
  4. So I had my surgery the 25th and I've only lost about 10 pounds. I've been 10 pounds lighter for quite a few days. I've hit a stall pretty early on and haven't lost much, is this normal? Day of surgery weight: 240
  5. I had my surgery the 25th of January and can eat solids on Tuesday also
  6. Just wondering how far out everyone was when they got to eat solids
  7. I was the exact same way. I had a bad reaction to the morphine. Dont worry day 3 I felt so much better and was able to even have a protein shake the nausea was there but nothing like the the first 2 days. Hang in there!!

    I feel the same way when my family eats these big meals in front of me I feel left out and hungry lol

  11. I called my doctor and she said it is very normal to be like this for the next 2 weeks especially for the teens. Just gotta get through this next week and should be good!!
  12. Yes but it doesn't do anything but make me nauseous
  13. Like pain and I'm unable to sleep and can't drink anything without a lot discomfort
