I have Cigna through the state of Tennessee, it is a PPO. I will have surgery on June 6, this Friday. If it is included and you have met the requirements they are easy to deal with. They are strict about the 6 month Dr supervised diet. Good luck!

I'm trying to stay calm! :scared2::thumbup: I can NOT concentrate on work and the student know I am very distracted! I must take deep breathes and think happy thoughts! I keep telling myself how great it will be to buy cute clothes, walk without my knees hurting! Wink at guys and get winked back at....LOL

I guess all of the 2nd Junies are on the way to the hospital with an empty tummy except for lots of butterflies! We should all say a little silent prayer that they all do beautifully and come back with lots of tips for the rest of us! :ohmy:I am on the count down and on all liquids now. I haven't done exactly great on the low carb part. My doctor said I didn't have to be too strict... wrong thing to say to someone who has NO will-power! :thumbup: :smile2:I will keep the list updated as much as possible.
