Hey all:

My date to be banded it June 9th and I'm proud of myself that I had the will and means to self pay! Friday I pressed send and sent the last $5400 of the nearly $8000 through Paypal. I am thankful that I had the money, although I was saving to buy another car. Currently I am driving a 1975 Chevy Nova. It runs well and gets me where I need to go. I chose to use the money for the surgery instead of buying another car. I'll just start saving again for the car. I don't believe in car payments (Thanks to Dave Ramsey). Pray for me on the 9th as I go to Mexico to be banded.
