    Hi. I'm 52. Having the RNY. I'm pre-op. Im on my last month of a 6 month diet. I've lost 30lbs so far. My next step is meeting with the surgeon and sending paperwork to insurance. I have arthritis, diabetes, Hbp, sleep apnea, fibromyalgia.

    Its really not bad. Its the LRD, high Protein, low carbs and fat. I guess it makes it easier cause i like most of the food in allowed. Lol. The 1st two months i didn't loose any. The 3rd weigh in ,i had lost 17lbs that month. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using the BariatricPal App
