Its great to read how everyone else is coming along ..one doesn't feel so alone..if u know what I mean lol

I had mine early Nov 2015..mighty challenge to keep up the water intake..im sposecto drink 1.5 litres a day..not managing that much yet..food is a challenge..tryna figure what I can and what I cant..and recognizing when im full..or that feeling of uncomfortable-ness sets in..weighed in at 128kgs..now weigh 101kgs...slowly but surely..everyday is learning curve for me ..and trying to make the right food choices..I feel alot better within myself ..bp is coming down..and that for me is a great milestone...always had high bp..so I will keep trucking on..
