I'm 5 ft 3 inches. My weight the day of surgery was 233. I had surgery on January 26, 2016. I am now 184. I definitely think you can do it! Good luck!

I have gotten up to walk a few times but not for long. The most has been 10 minutes. I just got this wave of pain throughout my belly. The gas is no Joke

I had my surgery this afternoon. I've been in and out of sleep. The pain is very moderate. Honestly is just the gas. I've been trying to fart for a couple hours now lol tmi. The staff at my hospital are awesome. I'm not allowed to drink anything until tomorrow. Overall I feel great I hope I heal quickly. I'm so happy I did this????????????????

My surgery date was changed from feb 19 to feb 26 because their O.R time was taken. As the time approaches i don't even know how I feel (too many emotions). If you happen to read this and have already had your surgery can you please tell me how you felt after the surgery. Did you have any complications? How was the pain? How long after surgery were you able to drive? How was your energy level?

I have finished all my appointments. My last one with the surgeon was yesterday. I have yet to buy anything I need tho. I ordered my protein online....by the time I get out of work I'm so tired. Will try to get everything done by this weekend. I hope everything works out for you.

Also nervous and excited (mainly nervous lol) my surgery is scheduled for 01/19.

My plan is different. I have to do it only for the day prior to my surgery.I too have a two week liquid diet prior to surgery so your not alone???? My doctor told me yesterday 7-10 days. And 2 weeks after also. How new into this are you Sinnombre723? I'm half way through. I'm planning for an April sleeve I am very new. I just got my surgery date which is January 19th. I start preparing tomorrow.

Any tips on what I will need for my hospital stay? any recommendations on what brands/things to buy for my liquid diet. Any advise is greatly appreciated. I have also recently quit smoking....I am using a vape with 0 nicotine liquid. I feel very overwhelmed...........
