Walking up to 2 miles the 1st six weeks then I continued with my Curves membership...6 months out doing 4 days at Curves and walk 6-8 miles on the weekend. -

I had a low BMI but had high blood pressure , osteoporosis, knee replacement. I am only 48 years old! Was 226 lbs pre-op lost 76 lbs in 6 months.

I am 6 months out and have had a few stalls...looked at My Fitness Pal and realized I wasn't getting enough protein and water...got back on track with both and started steadily losing.

I had a lot of trouble with shakes right after surgery I used Atkins ....was able to tolerate...drink slow little bit at a time...stressed over it but 6 months out lost 76 lbs so far
