    Favorite exercise

I joined title boxing club. A full 60 minute intense workout. Love it and I never get board. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk

    Dizzy

Probably dehydration or low iron. I had the same thing, they gave me iron supplements and I make sure to keep up with my water. Feeling allot better now after taking the supplements. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk

Day 5 post opp and fill like a millon bucks

I'm 5 days also, feeling great as well. Weird thing is that I have no cravings. I have been having Water, broths, tomatoe Soup, protien shakes and just had a geek yogurt today, with no fruit in the bottom of course. Good luck and hope you have great success Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App

    Telling people

I have told my parents, sisters, one aunt and uncle and obviously my wife. I feel that they are the only people who need to know now. My surgery is march 2nd, But I started a group Facebook chat with the above people to keep them informed of my journey asks get support when needed
  6. Thank you all for the input, I scheduled 6 with work but if I feel better will come back sooner. Hopefully I'm one of those patients that feels better right away and doesn't suffer for 6 weeks. Thank you again and good luck to you all
  7. When I was researching surgery it seemed like most returned to work within 2 weeks. When I was scheduling surgery I asked the question and they said expect to be out for 4-6 weeks. I thought that was a long time and asked why, they explained that it wasn't all to recover from surgery, but rather to learn how to eat and exercise again. Basically the time was to help build new habits.

    Anyone scheduled for March?

March 2, can not wait. I have started to mix in protien shakes in place of 2 meals. The nutritionist hasn't said to do it yet but I want to ease myself into it so I'm not miserable when I'm on all liquid.

    Male Before and After Pictures

I just found and signed up for this site. I am considering the sleeve, but a bit nervous about the whole thing. Not so much the surgery, but can I do the liquid diets. After looking through this thread I want to thank you all, these pictures are incredibly inspiring. Seeing what you all have done I feel more confident that if i force myself to get started and start seeing results it will still be a difficult process but with great reward. congrats to you all..
