Had VSG Nov 2015. Since 2017 my labs have come back high for Vitamin A & Copper. Ive discontinued my vitamins & had diet change to reduce the accumulation of the Copper & Vitamin A, but to no avail & they are continuing to increase. I don't know what to do & I'm very scared that I'm damaging my liver & brain. I am trying to determine if I need to see a Hepatologist or some other specialist. To date, my nutritionist, surgeon, & PCP don't know what to do. Has anyone else gone through this? Did you find resolution? Sent from my SM-G960U1 using BariatricPal mobile app

I'm on City water, so I don't know. I will request their water quality report. The high vitamin levels was the last thing I expected to come up as an issue considering all the deficiencies I had before I had the surgery. Sent from my SM-G960U1 using BariatricPal mobile app

Hello. I'm post VSG as of 2015. 130 lbs down. My recent labs came back with High A, High Copper, and low Vit E. Has anyone had higher lab work then expected post VSG & what did you do to tweak it?
