Thanks for the advice. I am being banded on Saturday, Jan 19th in Acuna, Mexico by Dr. Jose Rodriquez and have been trying to find a protein drink that 1) tastes good, 2) has a good gram level of protein and 3) is low in fat and carbs.... this is the one I'm going with. I bought a container at GNC and tried it tonight; it was very tasty, thick and creamy! I also used Tavismommy's link to the discount online and bought another container for my return from Mexico... it was about 40% less what I paid for the same product this afternoon at GNC. Again, thanks for great advice! David
