I am 7 weeks post-op and folks are really starting to notice my weight loss (50+ lbs)! It feels good to have my confidence back!

I am on fire! I swear there is smoke coming off my arms tonight. LOL

I have meet my goal weight! 113 down and gone forever

Just wanted to share. I went to the doctor and no more CPAP. I am so happy.

This journery is still so so so so surreal to me. I am 9.6 lbs away from my goal. I actually said out loud to my scale this morning "What?! No way!" This process is still shocking to me! I am lovin' it tho!!!!!

Finally growing tired on chocolate premier shakes. Going to switch to genepro for a few weeks and come back. What shakes do you guys prefer?

Excited and hopeful for this upcoming week. I see the plastic surgeon on Monday (YAY!), Tuesday I have an 8am session with my physical therapist for myofacial release, followed by a low impact warm water therapy class and finished with my first round of acupuncture. I am relaxing just thinking about it! I cannot wait to get in the water where I feel like a whole new person. YAY me!

Stressing! MAJORLY stressing!

I have lost of total of 248.6 pounds, I now weigh less than I have lost. Just went today for my 6th month blood work up. I see the surgeon on July 25th. I hope the blood work up will be good and am hoping to lose another 6 to 8 pounds before I see him.

how do i update my weight?

My mom's been with me for the past 3 weeks, and just went home. *sniff*
