  1. I have gained 25 pounds on the dot and in the last month have only lost 5. So it is clear like you, I have slipped into old habits. We worked too hard for this god damn it. It was NOT easy, it was pain and suffering. SO LETS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!! I am going back to the old old old diet that I started on. I am going to be eating a clear soup for at least 50 percent of my daily meals. No more junk, no more snacks, NO MORE ALCOHOL. My capacity to eat is still really small. Anyone wanna do a thing for a month? Like a support group? For real, no judging we encourage each other and try to reconnect with the habits that worked.
  2. A small tea spoon taste of hummus 3 weeks post op (no bread or anything, just the hummus). Hummus was not allowed for 35 days because it is heavy on the stomach. I felt queezy for 30 minutes Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
  3. Lol I literally had a foodmare about one week ago. In my dream I ate a whole double quarter pounder slathered in ketchup, mayo, cheese. After finishing it, I realized "oh I have the sleeve" omg how did I eat the whole thing?!!? So in my dream I decide to weigh myself because I was so distressed and the scale showed that I had gained 16 kg (30 pounds). I woke up freaking out!! Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
